Repeat Prescriptions Only

If you wish to request a repeat prescription, please fill in the form below. 

Please allow at least 2 working days for us to prepare it. Once it’s ready, we’ll send it directly to your nominated pharmacy via email. Please make sure to include the name of your pharmacy in your request so that we can send the prescription to the correct place.

Some medication can be repeated without seeing the doctor, however you may be asked to attend for a check-up if the doctor feels it is appropriate.
